Though it is well known in my dance group that I rarely, almost never repeat choreography. I often watch recordings of pieces we have done. I can see where we have been, what we have learned, and over all, gauge what we need to do as a whole to move forward. And as much as I love seeing improved dance skills and progress, growth can not always be measured in numbers and skill. Sometimes growth is best seen in the life of an individual. Watching us grow in faith, trust God like never before, growing confident in Him, and passionately pursuing His presence, praising God just because He is God, and watching Him work all things together for our good as we apply our faith, is thrilling. We don’t always get it right. Sometimes every step forward feels weighted down. We stumble, we fall, but we learn, and we grow.

How do you measure growth?
